NRI Global Services is a prominent Legal Services and Property Matters Management firm providing efficient and reliable services in the domain of Legal, Revenue, Property and Alternative Disputes Resolution exclusively to Non-Resident Indians (NRI’s) and people of Indian origin living overseas. Our specialization is in delivering dedicated services relating to various issues pertaining to immovable and moveable assets, revenue matters, legal matters to the Indian families and individuals based in overseas countries. Our Expert teams are fully conversant with all aspects of Law related to Civil, Revenue and Property matters which provides us an edge over the other legal professionals though might be equally qualified but may not have exhaustive experience in exclusively handling issues of NRIs or overseas Indians.

Our Leadership Team

Raghwinder Singh Siddhu

(Founder Member and Advocate at Law)

Raghwinder Singh Siddhu, is one of the founder member of NRI Global Services, holding a bachelor’s degree in law degree from Panjab University Chandigarh and practicing as Solicitors in England and Wales.

Raghwinder Singh Siddhu grew up with a passion for representing people to help them fight against injustice. He has earned immense love  and respect from his Indian community living overseas as well as from the British citizens.

Raghwinder feels that helping people live legally is very rewarding and life changing for the clients. Working for over 18 years in Southall, Hounslow, Hayes and surrounding areas, Raghwinder has established a strong local client base. Further, his clients travel from as far as Glasgow, Manchester and Southampton because of the trust they have developed.

Raghwinder served as the local Councilor in Bedfont in London Borough of Hounslow from 2018 -2026. He also served as Cabinet Member for Enforcement, Public Safety, Regulatory Services Community Safety and Customer Services in Local Council. He was elected as the Deputy Mayor of London Borough of Hounslow in 2019 and 2020. Most recently, Raghwinder was Mayor of London Borough of Hounslow from May 2022-23.

From his early days he has a flame in his heart to work and fight for the rights and betterment of the people he represent. His Excellent leadership, a perfectionist’s attitude, thorough professionalism, an empathetic & sensitive approach and strong  communication skills with people in a multi-cultural environment are qualities that grant him high level of credibility which led him to gain success in his endeavors for himself and for the people he represent.

T S Mann

(Founder and Administrator)

T.S.Mann, Founder of NRI Global Services is holding a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M) and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He is a highly energetic and motivated professional who plays a pivotal role in administrating, planning and maintaining the smooth functioning of the organization. His Excellent leadership qualities, versatile personality, a thorough professionalism, highly dynamic attitude with excellent communication skills gained him a versatile experience in varied spheres and sectors.

He is responsible for overseeing all aspects related to Strategy, Media Planning, liaisoning with all external offices, coordination of client intake, strengthen network with lawyers and associates, oversee the follow up of cases by teams and general administrative handling of the company. He possesses an amazing skill in all troubleshooting matters and his ability to handle sensitive and complex matters meticulously is par excellent.

He also oversees team building and see that there is a common motivational thread in the entire organization to lead the company towards continuous improvement and success. All administrative policy formulation tasks rests in his sphere of working and his highly humane character makes him an able person for this particular work.

He is a very compassionate and empathetic individual with a deep passion for helping people in troubles. His sensitive approach and impeccable communication skills lend him a high level of credibility and competence that compliments to his working style. Under his able leadership, NRI Global Services is growing its footprint very past and will soon

P S Sodhi

(Chief Advisor – Land Revenue and Property Matters )

P S SODHI, is the chief Advisor for land revenue and property matters, who carries with him a rich & proficient administrative experience spanning over a period of more than 38 years. He retired from the higher Civil Services from Govt of Punjab and worked at various designations as Revenue and Registration Officer, Executive Magistrate, Additional Revenue Collector and Special Secretary to the Govt. He holds a degree in Bachelors of Laws.

He is acknowledged amongst one of the most knowledgeable and experienced officers on Revenue, Land & Property matters from Legal, technical and practical angles. During his tenure of services and post-retirement the officer lobby as well as the general public considers him as an encyclopedia of knowledge on revenue/property matters. His expertise in quickly understanding & analyzing the Property related issues and then giving a  best legal and technical advice that could be adopted for initiating the course of action to achieve success and resolution is brilliant.

His sense of wisdom, domain knowledge, very sharp memory and grasping power is par excellent. He is responsible for the consultation on revenue and property matters and for drafting the process to be adopted in each matters brought before him.
